Old characters were modified to play more like they did in Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting. Frame data on tons of moves were also adjusted, such as Old Sagat recovering slightly slower from his Tiger Shots. Some of the balance changes include lots of adjustments on hitboxes and hurtboxes, so some characters have decent answers to certain moves in their bad matchups, and more combos work more consistently against certain characters.
